My approach bridges high-level theory with the "street-level" realities of human crisis. I hold a Humanities & Philosophy of Consciousness PhD in Wisdom Studies, researching ancient philosophical systems as modern maps for resilience and unity with the universe. This is the essence of Upaya, a Sanskrit term meaning "skillful means," or the practical application of wisdom to navigate life's complexities. Beyond academia, I have spent years on the frontlines of social services in New York City, providing stability for individuals in high-stakes moments. To ground this work in the highest professional standards, I am certified by Fluence in Psychedelic Harm Reduction and Integration (PHRI).

I believe that psychedelics are a profound gift—a catalyst designed to realign our internal resonance with the natural order. For many, a single journey is all that is required to fundamentally shift one’s worldview. I founded Upaya to anchor this rare window of neuroplasticity, providing a rigorous and compassionate "set and setting" to ensure your insights are not lost to old habits.

Integration is not just a cognitive exercise; it is a somatic one. By mastering the transitions between mental analysis and deep, non-ordinary states through meditative breathwork and emotional regulation, we create a steady "container" for change.

Whether you are navigating the insights of a legal journey or seeking to deepen your connection to your internal horizons, we use practical tools to ensure your transformation is not a fleeting vision, but a permanent shift.

"In the psychedelic state, the body often speaks a language that the mind doesn't yet understand. Integration is the process of learning that language—of listening to the breath and the tension and the release—until the insight becomes a lived reality."
