purposes only. This website does not provide medical advice, psychotherapy, or clinical
diagnosis. The information shared regarding somatic practices and meditation is intended
to support personal inquiry and is not a substitute for professional medical or mental
health care.
Important Notice: I do not provide, condone, or encourage the use of illegal substances. I do not
provide "sitting" or facilitation services for journeys involving prohibited substances. My work is
focused strictly on the integration of experiences and the development of state-fluency.

The original content, including text, essays, and the "Upaya" branding, are the intellectual
property of the author. The specific frameworks regarding "state-fluency" and somatic
integration derived from my doctoral research are protected. No portion of this site may be
reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.

Use of this website or communicating through the contact form does not establish a formal
coaching or practitioner-client relationship. Such a relationship is only established through
a signed coaching agreement following an initial consultation.
