Frequently Asked Questions
No, your sessions do not need to be scheduled back-to-back. We recommend spacing them out to allow yourself time to integrate, reflect on your experiences, and apply the somatic tools we discuss in your day-to-day life. True transformation often happens in the spaces between sessions, and providing yourself with that breathing room allows for a more grounded and sustainable integration process.
No, we do not administer or provide any psychedelic substances. My practice is strictly focused on integration, somatic tools, and breathwork.
While our sessions do not involve the use of any substances, the somatic tools and breathwork techniques we employ are designed to facilitate non-ordinary states of consciousness. By engaging deeply with the nervous system and subconscious patterns, many clients find they can access profound states of clarity, heightened awareness, and emotional release that mirror the insights gained during peak experiences.
My sessions are priced at $180 per session/hour. Please contact me directly to discuss your specific needs or to schedule an initial consultation to determine the best path forward for your integration journey.
It is helpful to view these as distinct but complementary paths.
Psychotherapy is generally focused on clinical mental health, treating psychological disorders, and exploring the root causes of past trauma or behavioral patterns through a clinical lens. It is a space designed for diagnosis and long-term psychological healing.
Integration work, as I practice it, is a form of somatic coaching and educational support. My role is not to diagnose or treat mental illness, but to help you process the insights gained from non-ordinary states—or from deep meditative and breathwork practices—and anchor them into your nervous system.
You are ready for this work the moment you recognize that an experience is only as valuable as your ability to live it. Whether you are coming from a place of profound insight, a shift in perspective, or simply a desire to understand yourself more deeply, integration is the essential next step. It is the practice of grounding those experiences so they do not remain abstract concepts, but instead become the foundation of your daily life. Everyone who pursues personal transformation is advised to engage in integration because without it, even the most significant revelations often fade or fail to take root. If you are serious about moving beyond the "peak" and are ready to do the necessary work of building a more stable, conscious, and grounded reality, you are ready to begin.
Yes. Your privacy is a fundamental cornerstone of my practice. I provide a secure, private, and non-judgmental container for our sessions, and everything we discuss—from your personal history to your specific inner experiences—is held in strict confidence. Building the trust necessary for true somatic integration requires a safe environment, and I am deeply committed to protecting your autonomy and the integrity of your personal journey.
No, you do not need to have had a specific, singular "peak" or psychedelic experience to work with me. While many of my clients come to me after such events, this work is equally valuable for anyone seeking to cultivate emotional regulation. Whether you are looking to deepen your relationship with your own subconscious, refine your meditation and breathwork practice, or simply learn how to navigate your internal landscape with more presence and clarity, these tools are for you. My focus is on helping you bridge the gap between where you are today and the grounded, intentional life you wish to inhabit.
It is natural to encounter emotional shifts as you process new layers of awareness. I encourage you to use the somatic and breathwork tools we have established to help regulate your nervous system in the moment. We will use our sessions to process these challenges and integrate them into your growth. Please note that this work is educational and supportive; if you feel you are in crisis or require immediate clinical help, please contact your local emergency or mental health services.
